Benefits when you are arguing with agents or managers

We are decided to move from one bedroom to two bedroom apartment, the all process was very simple I can say but not simple with moving hot spot/connection of  internet to other apartment.

So here is the story, we still living in the same address and of course the apartment where we're moved in the same address as well. When we called to customer service two weeks ahead before we moved and update them about reroute of the internet to new apartment, of course they said no problem and when you'll move call to customer service and within two hours you will be reroute.

That what we did and in the end of the day we were still without internet. We waited till next day and call to costumer service, the "romance" with them, which mean I was like ping pong and till I got a right agent then he inform me that reroute cannot made from the office but physically should be by the technician. The agent say that I have to pay almost sixty dollars for technician support, then I start with negotiation and of course give them the facts although  I update them two weeks ahead and your agent promise me that the process will be fast and I still in phone almost one hour try to convince that I shouldn't pay. After long discussion I request manager after been on hold quarter hour manager answer and within couple minutes manager allowance the payment and i never had to pay for technician involvement.

In the next day technician appears and about twenty minutes internet star working.

For summering it very healthy to negotiate/argue with agents or managers it can be very profit for you.
  

Luna Park Ver.2.0

Luna Park for Our Son

We decided to take our son to Luna Park directly from the day care. It was a clear and sunny day when we arrived. There were a lot of people from various ages.


Natanel was astonished to see a lot kind lights with spinning carousel.
We traveled between facilities to find something that can fit Natanel's age. Finally, we found the train and when he saw it he got very excited. At first, we were a little scared if we will give him to ride on this train he can a afraid or even cry, but we took our chances and we let him ride in.
Natanel sat next to little girl and they start riding in train.
To our surprise he was so joyful, happy, smiling, laughing on the train, we were excited from his respond to the train ride, but the little girl that sat next to him was so sad scared and cried so the operator stopped the train and took her out and afterwards continued operate the train.


When the train stopped and the next line had to take their places on the train, Natanel didn't want to go and started crying, he was so sad. We took him to see the horses, and we saw there that children are riding on ponies as well, so we decided to let him ride on the pony. To our surprise we found out that he likes horses too, so he sat on the pony and by walking pace he rides on the pony and his excitement was indescribable.


When he done with the riding on the pony his ride, he was a little tired, so his mood changed and he became cranky, so it was time to drive back home.

Luna park for our son

We decide to take our son to Luna Park right away after the day care to have a fun.

For the first decision we little bit was scared if we will give him to ride on this train, he can a afraid or even cry, but we took our chance and we let him ride in the train. Natanel sat next to a beautiful blond little girl and they start riding on the train, for our surprise he was so joyful, happy, smiling, laughing with this train. We actually were exciting from his respond to the riding on the train, but the little girl who sat next to him was so sad, scared and cried so the operator stop the train and took the little girl out and afterwards continue operating the train.
